In addition to the University's online booking tool, the University of Miami is now partnering with World Travel Inc. to provide University travelers with the ability to book with a dedicated, live travel agent. World Travel's agents support all travel reservations for the University of Miami.
With nearly 40 years of experience, World Travel offers exemplary 1:1 agent travel bookings for air, hotel, and car rentals via phone at 888-206-6044 (calling from outside U.S.: 610-695-6080) or email at UMiami@worldtravelinc.com. World Travel agents are available to help University community members book travel, including parents and alumni for a fee; however, only active students, faculty, and staff will receive special University contracted discounts.
NOTE: World Travel agency fees will apply for companion and leisure air travel reservations made through the Travel Portal. UM employees and students can make leisure car rental and hotel reservations with no additional agency fees by using the Deem Portal.
