University of Miami travelers, travel arrangers, and students can book air, hotel, and car rentals via the Travel Portal or directly through a University dedicated travel agent. Together, this suite of tools and services aims to ensure the safety of faculty, staff, and students while they travel; deliver exceptional travel-related services; streamline the expense reporting process; and reduce travel costs.
NOTE: World Travel agency fees will apply for companion and leisure travel reservations made through the Travel Portal. UM employees and students can make leisure car rental and hotel reservations with no additional agency fees by using Deem.
